Build me a clean modern Next.js starter site that opens on a simple homepage and feels polished right away.

I want it to run locally with the usual dev command, and I should be able to edit the main page and see changes instantly. Make the page look good on desktop and mobile, with a clear headline, short supporting text, and a nice call to action. Keep the design minimal and friendly, with good spacing, readable typography, and a layout that looks like a real product landing page instead of a blank template.

Please use the default project setup that’s already here, and make sure the app is ready to deploy without extra fuss. If you need to check current Next.js docs while setting it up, go ahead and do that.
