casey/just ? reverse-engineered prompt

I'm looking to build a command runner to save and run project-specific commands, like a more user-friendly and modern version of make.

I want to define a list of "recipes" or commands in a single file called a justfile. The syntax should be simple and inspired by Makefiles, but without all the weird quirks. It should be easy to run a command like just test or just build.

The tool needs to be smart. It should be able to list all the available commands, let me pass command-line arguments to them, and automatically load environment variables from a .env file. It's super important that it's cross-platform, working on Windows, macOS, and Linux out of the box with no complex dependencies.

Let's build it in Rust so it's a single, fast binary. The error messages should be really helpful and clear, not cryptic like in older tools.

Are you gonna build this?
