Build me a web app that helps me cross seed torrents from my existing download client.

I want to log into a simple admin style page, fill in my download client details, add Jackett or Prowlarr, choose which trackers to search, and then start a scan. The app should read the torrents already in Deluge, qBittorrent, or Transmission, figure out the likely title from each torrent name, search matching releases, compare sizes, and add any good matches back to my client in paused state so I can force recheck and seed them.

Please include a clear settings page, a start and stop screen with live progress, search history so it skips things it already checked, and a way to clear that history. Also add the path mapping fix for when the seedcross app runs on a different machine than the download client. Keep it lightweight and easy to run locally, and make sure it works well with a simple web interface. If you need to check current docs for anything, go ahead and look them up online.
