Build me a small Objective C library for Apple apps that makes working with SQLite much easier.

I want it to wrap the normal SQLite C API with a cleaner interface for opening databases, running queries, doing inserts and updates, handling transactions, and working safely from both Objective C and Swift. It should support use in iOS and macOS projects, work with ARC or manual memory management, and be easy to add through CocoaPods, Carthage, and Swift Package Manager.
