Build me a .NET library that lets me embed Chromium inside desktop apps, with working browser controls for both WPF and Windows Forms.

I want it to feel like a real toolkit, not just a demo, so include a simple API for opening web pages, navigating back and forward, refreshing, loading local HTML, and handling basic browser events. Also add a headless or off screen option for capturing pages without showing a window. Please include a couple of small example apps that show how to use it in WPF and WinForms, so I can open the project and see it working right away.
