cenvero/fleet ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a self hosted server fleet manager called Cenvero Fleet that I can run on my own infrastructure. I want one controller app and one remote agent app, with SSH based communication for both direct and reverse connections, so I can add servers, reconnect to them, open shells, run commands, and manage services without relying on any cloud service.

Please include a clean terminal dashboard, a way to browse logs, metrics, alerts, firewall and ports, plus a secure file manager that can copy files back and forth, resume transfers, and also sync a local folder to a server folder. I also want basic admin features like server inventory, updates, backups, recovery, token based access, and a way to approve or guard risky commands.

Make it work well on Linux first, but keep it usable for macOS and Windows too. Use the project README as the source of truth, and if you need to check current docs or APIs, look them up online.
