Build me a web app for electric vehicle charging planning and cost calculation.

I want a simple but polished interface where a user can pick a car from a saved vehicle list, enter battery size, charger power, current battery level, target charge level, and local energy price, then see the estimated charging time, cost, and range recovered. It should also handle DC fast charging, show how power limits change by vehicle, and support trip planning with multiple stops so I can estimate arrival battery and waiting time at each point.

Make it work as an installable PWA with offline support, a light and dark theme, and a responsive layout that feels good on phone and desktop. Use a small Node backend with API routes for vehicles and health check, store the data in PostgreSQL, and wire it up with Prisma.
