Build me a small Linux desktop app that acts like a floating island for my local coding agent sessions.

I want it to run on X11 and show a top centered panel that lists my Claude Code, Codex CLI, and Gemini CLI sessions, with a compact count view and an expanded view with details like current state, prompts, and a preview of the conversation. It should let me jump straight back to the terminal, tmux pane, or other window that owns a session, and also make it easy to focus, highlight, mark, close, or toggle a session’s running state.

Please include a global Ctrl Alt I shortcut, a tray menu, a settings window, and a user level service so it starts with login. It should remember state locally and use hooks or a backend service to track sessions and update the UI live.
