Build me an AI career preparation app that helps job seekers improve their resume, practice interviews, and track what to work on next.

I want a clean web app where someone can upload a resume, get an ATS style review with a clear score and suggestions, then practice mock interviews that change based on their answers and target role. It should also have a practice area for coding questions, quick concept questions, and debugging challenges, with instant feedback and a simple progress view so users can see their strengths and gaps over time.

Please make it feel polished and production ready, with a modern dashboard, clear charts for skills, and a helpful next step recommendation after each activity. If you need to check current docs or best practices for anything, look them up online first.
