Build me a polished web app called PADO, a personalized placement prep platform for students. I want it to feel modern and impressive, with a nice dashboard and an interview experience that feels cinematic, not like a boring form. Users should be able to upload their resume, have the app pull out their skills, generate a personalized weekly study roadmap, and run adaptive mock interviews that change based on how they answer.

I also want a placement prediction feature that estimates their chances from 0 to 100 using things like DSA, aptitude, communication, and CGPA. If possible, keep the AI side local and privacy focused, including resume analysis and interview orchestration. Add voice interview support too, with speech to text and some basic confidence analysis from the audio.
