Build me a Claude Code skill that turns a Zillow listing into a cinematic room by room walkthrough video.

I want to paste in a Zillow URL, or even just an address, and have it pull the listing photos and details, pick the best shots, organize them into a simple property summary, then generate short cinematic clips for each room and stitch everything into one polished walkthrough video. It should feel like a premium real estate marketing video, something I could hand to an agent, but be honest that it is not true 3D, just a cinematic photo based tour.

Please make it save the output in a clean project folder with the source images, per room scenes, a final video, and a property notes file. If needed, look up current docs online for the APIs and ffmpeg usage so it actually works. Also include a way to install it as a Claude Code skill and use it from a single command.
