Build me a reusable Claude skills pack for running a social media content system.

I want it to start by learning my voice from an interview and a few writing samples, then use that voice everywhere else. It should help me write newsletter style content, LinkedIn posts, profile copy, hooks, formatted post drafts, content ideas, carousel prompts, infographic prompts, YouTube thumbnail prompts, Reel scripts, pinned comments, and simple post scoring based on past performance.

Please make the skills easy to install and understand, with clear markdown instructions for when each skill should be used, what inputs it needs, and what it should produce. Include a short README that explains the workflow in plain English, especially that the voice builder comes first and the other skills depend on it.

Add a simple validation script so I can check that every skill has the right basic files. Look up current Claude skills guidance online if you need to.
