chatwait/chatwait-extension ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a browser extension called Chatwait that works on ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

When I send a prompt and the AI is thinking, it should quietly show a sponsored text card in the chat, then keep track of whether it was actually visible long enough to count as a real impression. If it qualifies, send the event to the backend so the user can earn their share of the ad revenue. Keep it minimal and privacy friendly, and make sure it never reads my prompts or the AI responses.

I should be able to install it as an unpacked extension for Chrome and Edge, and also have a Firefox build. It should open a simple sign in flow with Google so the device can be linked before ads start showing. If you need anything unclear, look up the current docs online and keep the implementation clean and straightforward.
