Build me a GitHub app called GitWhisper that automatically reviews pull requests as soon as they open.

It should read the actual changed files, send the diff to an AI model, and then post a clear, structured review comment back on the pull request with bugs, security issues, and performance concerns if it finds any. I want it to work with GitHub App authentication, handle webhook events quickly, and do the AI review work in the background so the webhook response is fast.

Please also make a simple landing page for the product with a clean, modern feel, a short explanation of what it does, how it works, and a clear install on GitHub call to action.
