Build me a small scientific computing library for Luau that feels like NumPy, but for Luau users.

I want to be able to create N dimensional arrays from normal tables, do vectorized math on them, use broadcasting, and work with common matrix and linear algebra operations. Simple things like adding a number to every element should just work, and it should also handle aggregations and other basic scientific computing tasks in a clean way.
