chocolatey/choco ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Windows command line package manager like apt or yum, where I can search for software, install it, update it, uninstall it, and manage packages from one simple tool. It should feel easy to use for regular Windows users and also work well for admins who want to automate installs with scripts and PowerShell.

I want a clean command line app called choco that has helpful built in help, tab completion, and sensible output. It should support installing from a community package repository, work on modern Windows and Windows Server, and include the basic docs and tests so it is reliable.
