Build me a Python app that can automatically create and post Instagram quote graphics for me.

I want it to take a theme or brief, use an AI model to come up with a short punchy quote, caption, hashtags, and a vibe for background music, then render a clean 1080 by 1080 post image with nice typography, paper like textures, highlights, underlines, and a few different layout styles. If one AI provider fails, it should automatically try another one so the workflow keeps going. It should also be able to generate a custom design from a free text brief, and if needed, use an online image service for background art.

After the image is made, it should log into Instagram and publish the post with music attached. Please include a simple command line way to run the whole thing, plus a separate mode for just generating designs. Keep it reliable, easy to configure with environment variables, and safe to stop without messy errors. Look up current docs online if you need to.
