Build me an Android Xposed module for Telegram based clients, similar to TMoe. I want it to work after the user activates the module, then inside the Telegram settings there should be a simple “TMoe Settings” page where they can turn features on and off.

The module should support open source Telegram Android based clients that are not obfuscated. It should include toggles for things like debug mode, removing copy and save restrictions, hiding sponsored messages, hiding selected user avatars, disabling spoilers, stopping channel swipe switching, disabling reactions and greeting stickers, hiding the phone number, showing exact channel numbers, asking before sending bot commands, forcing the chat blur option to appear, disabling premium sticker animations, keeping videos muted when pressing volume keys, opening topic groups like normal groups, hiding premium sticker tabs, showing message IDs, and adding a reload messages button in the chat menu.

Keep it open source, clean, and for educational use only.
