Build me a simple HyperFrames demo that turns a short HTML scene into a polished 10 second MP4.

I want a clean product intro video with a fade in title, a short background clip, subtle motion, and light background music. Please make it easy to run locally, easy to preview, and make sure the output is a deterministic video that renders consistently.
