Build me a nonprofit CRM web app that helps an organization keep track of supporters, donations, memberships, and basic communication in one place.

I want it to work as a standalone PHP app, and I also want it structured so it can fit into common CMS setups like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or Backdrop later.
