Build me a self hosted Splitwise replacement that I can run on my own server with one Node app and one SQLite database.

I want a clean web app for tracking shared expenses with friends and groups, splitting bills in a few different ways, showing who owes what, and suggesting settle up payments. It should support comments on expenses, recurring bills, search and filters, CSV export, and deleting an expense with undo. Please also include guest links so I can share a group or a single person’s view with someone who does not need an account, and let me turn those links off later.

I also want login, email verification, password reset, API tokens, and a JSON API at /api/v1. If possible, make it work offline for reading and writing inside the main app, and include a way to import Splitwise data and export it. Use current docs online if you need to, and keep the UI simple and mobile friendly.
