Build me a polished little website called Kinetics, a gallery of 99 spring physics micro interactions for web interfaces.

I want a single browsable page with a nice hero area, then a grid of cards where each card shows a live animation demo, a simple physics style readout, and a View code section that opens code samples people can copy. The code examples should be easy to grab and should include both CSS and React versions for each effect. The interactions should feel spring based, not fixed time easing, and the page should make that obvious.
