I want to create a command-line tool that's a powerful, open-source version of Anthropic's Claude Code. It should be built with TypeScript and run on Bun for performance. The main goal is to have a reliable coding assistant I can run locally from my terminal.

It should replicate the core functionality but also add some key improvements. I'd like it to have an "auto mode" for more complex tasks and the ability to search the web using Bing to get up-to-date information. Please remove any restrictive code from the original. It's also important that I can debug the tool, for example, by attaching a VS Code debugger. Basically, build a stable, fully-featured, and easy-to-install version of the Claude Code CLI that I can use for my development work.
