claude-world/director-mode-lite ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a lightweight toolkit that helps me use Claude Code, Codex CLI, and Grok like a director instead of a programmer.

I want one repo I can install into another project, and it should add a shared operating brief, reusable skills, simple agent prompts, and a portable way to hand work off from one CLI to another without losing context. It should feel guidance first, not like a bunch of strict rules, and it should not try to block permissions or override the tools’ normal behavior.

Please make it easy to install with a simple script, include a clear quick start, and support a full trust mode launcher for each CLI in a workspace I choose. I also want a relay flow so I can create a task packet, continue it in another CLI, and check the status of the current work. Look up current docs online if you need to.
