Build me a small command line app that lets me send files or whole folders from my computer to my phone over Wi Fi by showing a QR code in the terminal. I want to be able to run it on a file, have it start a local web server on my network, print a QR code with the download link, and then stop after the transfer is done. It should also work the other way around so I can receive files from my phone by opening an upload page and saving the files into the current folder or a folder I choose.
Please make it simple to use, with sensible defaults, but let me configure things like the network interface, port, output folder, custom path, and whether it keeps running after a transfer. If it makes sense, add optional HTTPS support too. A few helpful extras like shell completion and a config file would be great. Keep it terminal friendly and easy to use without much setup, and if you need current details for QR code or Go web server behavior, look up the latest docs online.
