Build me a playable turn based survival game set after the end of the world. I want it to feel like Cataclysm Dark Days Ahead, with a harsh persistent world where the player starts with almost nothing, explores a procedurally generated map, scavenges abandoned places for food, tools, weapons, clothing, and other supplies, then tries to survive as long as possible.
Keep the first version simple but complete. Include a main menu, new world creation, character start, movement, inventory, hunger or basic needs, combat, monsters like zombies, giant insects, and robots, and a way to find or repair a vehicle if possible. The player should be able to run away, fight, loot, and make meaningful choices each turn.
Use simple tiles or terminal style graphics, whichever is fastest to make usable. Add basic in game help for controls and make sure the game can be built and run locally. Look up current docs online if you need to.
