Build me a polished TypeScript web app for WACE, with a clean modern frontend and a small server so it can run locally and be deployed easily.

I already have the basic project setup, so please turn it into a working app with a nice responsive UI, sensible routing if needed, and a smooth user experience on desktop and mobile. Use the existing Firebase config and env setup if that is needed, and wire up anything necessary so the app actually works end to end.
