Build me a self hosted price tracking app called PriceGhost that I can run on my own server, ideally with a simple Docker setup. I want to paste in product links from basically any shopping site and have it keep checking the price and stock status for me. It should alert me when the price drops, hits a target price I set, or comes back in stock. I also want a clean dashboard with price history charts, small trend previews, countdowns until the next check, and a way to manually refresh any product.

The important part is price detection. Please use multiple ways to find the price, and if they disagree, show me a clear popup with the different price options, confidence, and context so I can choose the right one. Make AI help optional for hard sites and verification, with support for Claude, OpenAI, or Ollama if available.
