cluely/releases — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple releases hub for the Cluely desktop app. This repo looks like it only exists for desktop app releases, so keep the scope focused on that.

I want someone landing here to immediately understand that this is where they can get the latest Cluely desktop app, read what changed, and find older versions if needed. Make the README clean and friendly, with a clear latest release section, simple download placeholders for Mac and Windows if the actual files are not here yet, and a reusable changelog format for future versions.

Please do not invent app features or marketing copy beyond what we know. Keep it practical and easy for a small team to maintain. If there is a normal GitHub Releases setup for desktop apps, look up current docs online if you need to and add clear instructions for how we should publish the next release.
