cmderdev/cmder ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a portable Windows console app like Cmder, something I can unzip and run without a messy install. It should open a single window with tabs for Command Prompt, PowerShell, and Bash, plus a nice looking default theme and prompt that feels better than the stock Windows terminal.

I want it to be easy to carry on a USB drive or in cloud storage, with my own tools and scripts automatically available from the app folder. It should also have a simple way to open the terminal in any folder from File Explorer, and support a few handy shortcuts for opening, closing, and switching tabs.

Make it feel polished and ready to use out of the box, with sensible defaults, good colors, and a clean setup that keeps working even if I move it to another machine. If you need to check current docs or existing Windows terminal behavior, look it up online as you go.
