Build me a simple self hosted media downloader called Yoink, where I can paste a link and quickly download videos or audio from lots of sites, convert files between formats, and compress clips so they fit for Discord.

I want a clean web app that works on desktop and mobile, with a way to share links from my phone, plus support for playlists, image galleries, and grabbing short clips from timestamps. It should feel fast and easy, with no ads or trackers, and it should be able to run as one server I can launch locally or deploy myself.

Also include a Discord bot with commands for downloading, converting, and compressing media. Use the tools that make sense for media downloading and processing, and look up current docs online if you need to. Make it polished enough that someone could actually use it right away.
