Build me a clean, simple personal website that can live on GitHub Pages. I want it to feel modern but not overcomplicated, with a nice landing page, a short intro about me, a section for projects or links, and an easy way for people to contact me or find my social profiles.

Use plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript so it works as a static site. Please make it look good on phones and desktops, with smooth scrolling, simple animations if they make sense, and a layout that’s easy for me to edit later. Keep the code organized in the existing index page plus the css and js folders.

Since there isn’t much existing documentation, make sensible assumptions and add placeholder text where I can fill in my real bio, links, and project details. Make it polished enough that I can publish it right away.
