Build me a small web app for managing Hermes CLI skins.

I want a clean interface where I can see the built in skins and my custom skins, pick one, edit it, and save it back to my Hermes skins folder. It should let me change the main skin fields like colors, spinner text, branding text, tool prefix, emoji overrides, banner logo, and the hero art. I also want a simple visual editor for turning text or an uploaded image into the banner logo and hero preview, with a few different style options like ASCII, braille, blocks, and dots.

The app should show the generated YAML as I edit, give me a live preview, and save directly to the right config files in my home directory. It should also have an Activate button that updates my Hermes config so the chosen skin becomes the current one.
