Build me a simple Pinokio launcher for SearXNG that I can install and run locally on my machine.

I want a one click setup that clones SearXNG into a local app folder, installs the Python dependencies, and starts the web interface on 127.0.0.1 using an available local port. Please make it easy to stop, update, and reset the local install too.

I also want a debug mode I can turn on when I need to see detailed outgoing request logs while searching. After it starts, I should be able to open the web UI from Pinokio and use it like a normal private search engine.

If it makes sense, please include support for JSON, CSV, and RSS search output in the local config, and make sure the setup does not rely on Docker or system services. Look up current docs online if you need to.
