Build me a simple self hosted web app where I can send stuff to my private Telegram channel from any browser. I want to open the page, enter a PIN, and then be able to drop in files, images, links, or just type a note and send it straight to Telegram with no database and no account system.

It should feel really fast and minimal. Let me drag and drop multiple files, pick files with a button, and group multiple images into one album when possible. I also want optional captions, a quiet send option, and a way to switch between file, link, and note modes easily. If I send something, show me a direct Telegram link to that message after it goes through.

Please make it work with Cloudflare Pages and Functions, and use environment variables for the Telegram bot token, channel ID, and PIN. If you need to check current docs for Telegram or Cloudflare details, look them up online.
