Build me a simple skill store for the MAYA Android voice companion.

I want the app to read a public index.json from this repo, show the available skills in a Settings, Skills screen, and keep installed skills up to date when the updated date changes. Each skill should live in its own markdown file in skills/, with a short name, a one line description, and the full Hinglish instructions Maya will use when the skill is loaded.

Please make it easy to add a new skill, edit an existing one, and push updates so the app can refresh them from the main branch. If anything is unclear, check the README and current docs online before guessing. Also include a few example skills and make sure the index and file format match what the app expects.
