coding-minutes/coding-minutes-ide ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple web based coding workspace for taking notes and writing small bits of code in one place.

I want it to feel like a lightweight IDE, with a clean editor area, a place to browse or organize files, and a way to save changes while I work. Keep the experience fast and minimal, more like a focused coding tool than a full blown product.

Use the existing TypeScript project setup, and wire up the app so it runs cleanly from the repo as it is. If you need current docs for any library details, look them up online first. I mostly want a polished first pass that looks good, works smoothly, and is easy to extend later.
