Build me a local command line tool that makes Claude Code understand a project much faster by creating a searchable map of the code before Claude starts exploring.
I want an installer people can run with npx that sets up the Claude Code connection automatically, then a simple init command inside any project that scans the files and creates a local database. It should find functions, classes, imports, callers, callees, routes, and useful code snippets, then expose tools Claude can ask questions like “where is this used”, “what calls this”, or “what files matter for this feature” without reading the whole repo.
Keep it private and local, with no API keys or cloud service. It should stay fresh while files change. Support common languages like TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Go, Rust, Java, C sharp, PHP, Ruby, C, C plus plus, Swift, Kotlin, Dart, Svelte, Liquid, and Delphi. Also recognize routes in common web frameworks. Look up current docs online if you need to.
