Build me a clean template repo for context engineering with AI coding assistants, centered on Claude Code but useful for other tools too.

I want a setup that helps someone go from a rough feature idea to a complete implementation plan, then execute it with good project context. Include a main README that explains the workflow in plain English, a CLAUDE.md file for project rules, an INITIAL.md template for feature requests, and a PRPs folder with a solid PRP template and an example PRP. Also add the Claude Code command files for generating a PRP from INITIAL.md and executing a PRP to build the feature.

Make sure the examples folder is clearly part of the workflow, since good examples seem important here. Keep everything simple, polished, and easy to copy into a new project. If needed, look up current Claude Code docs online so the command files and instructions are accurate. The end result should feel like a practical starter kit for vibe coding with better context and fewer mistakes.
