colmugx/cetas ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a coding agent called Cetas that works in three places, a terminal app, an editor connection, and a one shot runner for scripts.

It should read the current repo, explain code, make edits, run commands, and show what it is doing as it goes. In the terminal, I want commands to log in, pick a model, change permissions, browse past sessions, and rewind if needed. It should support shared settings and saved credentials in a common home folder, and it should be able to use different AI providers and OpenAI compatible endpoints.

Please keep the core logic shared so each surface feels like the same agent, just with a different interface. If it helps, look up current docs online first. I also want the project to be set up so it can be built from source and run on macOS, Linux, and Windows.
