Build me a polished GitHub repo for a curated collection of Codex skills that help with real workflows, not just text generation.

I want the repo to feel like an easy to browse awesome list, with a strong README, clear categories, and separate skill folders for things like meeting notes, issue triage, GitHub PR help, Notion capture, Slack updates, invoice organizing, and codebase migrations. Each skill should be easy to install into Codex and easy to understand at a glance.

Please make the README explain what Codex skills are, how to install one skill or several at once, and how to add new skills later. Add a simple installer script or helper flow so someone can copy a skill into the right Codex folder without doing a lot of manual work.
