Build me a simple website and repo workflow for an ontology library where each folder is one ontology and the site shows what is available on the main page.

I want people to be able to browse each ontology, see its metadata, and open the concepts file in a clean readable way. Each ontology should have a name, label, description, citation, version, and optional version notes, plus the concepts with labels, descriptions, examples, parent categories, notes, and keywords when they exist. Make it easy to add a new ontology by dropping in two CSV files, one for metadata and one for concepts, then have the site pick it up from there.

Please include a clear submission path for new ontologies, and if you need to look up current docs online for anything, do that. Keep the design simple and trustworthy, since this is basically a public ontology repository for the sartori.network site.
