continuedev/continue ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a tool that helps my team with code reviews using AI. When someone opens a pull request on GitHub, I want this tool to automatically run checks on the code.

I want to define the rules for these checks right inside my code repository using simple markdown files. For example, I need to be able to create a file that tells the AI to "review this PR for security issues like hardcoded API keys" or "make sure all new functions are documented."

If the code passes, it should show a green checkmark in GitHub. If it fails, it should fail the status check and, more importantly, post a comment directly on the pull request with a suggested code change to fix the problem, almost like an AI teammate. This should primarily be an open-source command-line tool, but also include an extension for VS Code and JetBrains IDEs.
