Build me an app called OmniRoute that acts like one simple AI gateway for coding tools. I want to plug in Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Cline, Copilot, and similar apps through a single endpoint, then have OmniRoute route requests across lots of AI providers, especially free ones, without me constantly switching keys or settings.

It should automatically fall back to another provider if one is slow, rate limited, or down. Please include smart prompt compression so it can save tokens and stretch free usage as much as possible. I also want a clean dashboard that shows connected providers, available free tier capacity, usage, model options, and routing status in a way normal people can understand.

Make it private and local first, but easy to run with Docker too. It should support text and multimodal requests, and ideally work as a web app plus desktop app. If the project already includes CLI, MCP, or agent friendly features, wire those up so they feel usable out of the box. Look up current docs online if you need to.
