Build me an open source skills library for AI coding agents called Mercury Skills. I want it to feel like a curated app store for reusable agent playbooks, where each skill is a simple SKILL.md file that people can copy into Mercury, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, or similar tools.

Set it up with clear categories like development, frontend, backend, DevOps, AI and ML, security, product, marketing, design, business, automation, data, mobile, testing, career, health, education, and a few practical business categories. Each skill should have front matter with a name, description, author, version, category, and tags, then plain instructions an agent can actually follow.

Create a polished README, a full catalog, contribution guide, license, and any simple scripts needed to keep the catalog organized. Make it easy for someone to clone the whole library or copy one skill into their agent folder. Look up current docs online if you need to.
