Build me an AI automation toolkit for EPLAN Electric P8 and EPLAN EEC Pro that works with Claude Code through MCP.

I want a local Python MCP server that can connect to a running EPLAN instance, open and close projects, run exports and reports, launch scripts, read system messages, and do common project edits without pop ups getting in the way. It should also be able to restart EPLAN so I can test changes end to end. Please include a simple way to use a scratch project for safe testing.

I also want the docs side set up so the assistant can search EPLAN 2026 and 2027 documentation, plus EEC Pro docs, through remote MCP servers or a similar setup. If it helps, add a Claude Code skill or instructions so the model knows how to write correct EPLAN scripts and API code.
