Build me a browser based IPTV portal called StreamVault. I want it to work with my own provider details, not any built in subscription stuff. It should let people connect with Xtream login info, an M3U playlist URL, a Stalker or Ministra portal with a MAC address, or a direct HLS or MP4 link.

The app should feel like a real streaming hub with live TV, movies, and series. I want a channel grid with logos, now playing info, quick channel switching, a proper TV guide from XMLTV, poster views for movies and shows, seasons and episodes, favorites, search across everything, and continue watching with resume. Add a nice video player with fullscreen, mute, picture in picture, on screen controls, and keyboard shortcuts. It should remember content between sessions so it still feels usable after refreshes.

Please include whatever backend proxy is needed so Stalker portals and CORS issues actually work, and if an optional Cloudflare worker version makes sense, set that up too. Make it easy to run locally and easy to deploy. Look up current docs online if you need to.
