Build me the open source Coze Studio experience, a web app where people can create, test, and publish AI agents without having to code much.

I want a clean dashboard where users can manage models, create agents, set up workflows, add knowledge bases, plugins, prompts, and databases, then run chats to debug everything before publishing. It should also support building simple AI apps on top of those agents and expose an API and chat SDK so other apps can connect to it.
