Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a local app that turns my documents into a clean Markdown wiki and lets me ask questions with citations back to the notes it used.

I want to be able to drop in plain text, Markdown, and PDF files, have them organized into folders automatically, and then browse everything in a simple web UI with a live view of the note tree and links between notes. The app should answer questions from the wiki and show clickable citations so I can jump straight to the source. It should run on my own machine and work with Ollama or other LLM providers, with a setup flow where I can pick a provider, test the connection, and save it.

Please also make it so the notes are stored as normal Markdown files I can open and keep in git, and expose a small API for ingesting files, asking questions, viewing the tree, and moving or deleting notes. If you need to check current docs for the chosen tools, go ahead and look them up online.
