Build me a Claude Code plugin called CC GodMode that turns Claude Code into a self orchestrating team of AI specialists. I want to be able to install it quickly on macOS, Linux, and Windows, activate it in any project with a CLAUDE.md file, then start a session by setting the best model and ultracode effort and just type things like GodMode: build feature X.

From there, the system should decide which agents to use, route work intelligently, fan out parallel subagents for bigger jobs, run separate code and UX quality checks before it says a task is done, and write clear reports and docs for what happened. Include the main specialist agents, the extra security and department agents, a skills based setup, plugin ready templates, and simple install and verification scripts.

Please keep the guardrails from the readme, especially plan first, mandatory API review when schemas or types change, screenshots for UI testing, version and changelog consistency, and never pushing anything without asking me first. Look up current Claude Code plugin docs if you need to.
